Get to know your body, enhance self-awareness and awareness of others, generate inner peace, cultivate joy and more importantly enjoy the very moment of being alive.

Fiona, our Mindfulness Coach, is a graduate of the 1-year Mindfulness Teacher program by Plum Village Asia Institute of Applied Buddhism. She aims to promote mindfulness through different means of practice that is simple to incorporate into daily living.
